These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Poker Coach ("the App"), operated by AI Poker Coach ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.
Description of Service
AI Poker Coach is a poker learning and coaching application. The App provides:
- Structured poker lessons covering Texas Hold'em, 5-Card Draw, and 7-Card Stud
- Decision-making scenarios and practice exercises
- An AI-powered poker coaching assistant
- A risk-free poker simulator
- Progress tracking and learning analytics
AI Poker Coach does not involve real-money gambling. The App is purely an educational and skill-development platform.
User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
- You may not share your account with others
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers
- Interfere with other users' use of the App
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Subscriptions and Payments
- AI Poker Coach offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice
AI-Generated Coaching Disclaimer
AI responses are generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated advice may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Always apply your own judgement.
AI Poker Coach does not encourage or facilitate real-money gambling. Any poker skills developed through the App are used entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content within AI Poker Coach — including lessons, scenarios, UI design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your account data and personal progress information remain yours. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Poker Coach and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Any losses resulting from applying poker strategies learned through the App
- Any interruption or unavailability of the App
- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated coaching responses
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
